The Ojai Valley Breastfeeding Helpline
Staffed by lactation professionals, telephone counseling is available to our community.
Free.

Weekly Breastfeeding Support Group
Join other parents to share experiences, learn, and ask questions in a safe and supportive environment. For moms, babies and partners. Facilitated by Renee Mandala, certified lactation counselor and educator.

Mother-to-Mother Breastfeeding Support
Peer breastfeeding telephone support provided by volunteer, experienced breastfeeding mothers. Free.

Pre-Natal Breastfeeding Classes
Pre-natal classes for pregnant women and their families to learn all about getting the family off to a good start! Designed to introduce the concept, benefits and beauty of breastfeeding.

Breastfeeding Literature & Lending Library
Books, videos, audiotapes and computer internet sources of information are available through the Nan Tolbert Nurturing Center.

Celebrate Breastfeeding!
An evening of celebration, education and encouragement for parents, families, professionals and the Ojai Community.

Support Breastfeeding, Get Involved!

We welcome your involvement with:

• Organizing and developing our “Celebrate Breastfeeding” event
• Helping to facilitate our breastfeeding support group
• Become a Mother-to-Mother volunteer for other breastfeeding Mothers
• Assisting us to build our breastfeeding lending library
• Help raise funds to continue our mission and vision.
